By accepting the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to the following:

Customer certifies that the information provided within the credit application is accurate and true, and that the individual accepting the terms and conditions, is authorized to do so on behalf of the applicant. 

By setting up this account with DAS Companies Inc. (DAS) Customer certifies they are a registered reseller in the appropriate state(s) where business is conducted. Customer understands that a valid Sales & Use Tax Certificate must be provided to DAS, and that any tax owed will be paid by customer. 

Customer agrees to pay invoices when due according to the terms of purchase. In the event of default in payment, customer agrees to pay all costs associated with collection of debt, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs. Delinquent accounts will be charged finance charges on balances past due at 1.5% monthly, 18.0% annually. Customer will be charged $30.00 if a check used for payment is returned by bank unpaid for any reason. 

Credit will be extended to the customer at the sole discretion of DAS, and DAS maintains the right to suspend credit due to delinquency, insolvency, bankruptcy, change in ownership or other event which may affect customer’s ability to repay amounts owed. 

Customer acknowledges receipt of and agrees to abide by DAS’s returns policy which may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of DAS.
